For the WBPSC Clerkship (Part II) typing test, a candidate must demonstrate a minimum speed of 20 words per minute in English or 10 words per minute in Bengali; failure to achieve the prescribed threshold — regardless of the marks secured in Part I — results in immediate disqualification under Rule 14(b) of the recruitment scheme.
