This page explains what data AI Typing Test collects, why, and how it's used.

What we collect

• Account details — name, email address, and a securely hashed password (we never store your plain-text password).
• Typing test results — WPM, accuracy, and which practice sets/exams you've attempted, to show your progress and power the leaderboard.
• Payment records — for Premium purchases, we store the plan, amount, and Razorpay's order/payment IDs and status. We never see or store your card, UPI, or netbanking details — Razorpay handles those directly.
• Reviews and support tickets — whatever you choose to submit through the review form or a support ticket.
• Basic technical data — your IP address is used briefly for rate-limiting (e.g. to prevent abuse of login attempts) and is not used for tracking or sold to anyone.

How we use it

• To run your account, save your test history, and calculate leaderboards and streaks.
• To process Premium payments and keep a record for support and refund purposes.
• To count how many typing tests are completed on the Site, including by visitors who are not logged in. For those visitors we keep only a daily total per language and level (number of tests and the sum of speed and accuracy). We do not store their IP address, device or what they typed, and nothing in these totals can be linked back to a person.
• To respond to support tickets and, if you've opted in, send daily-challenge reminder emails.

Third parties

• Razorpay — processes Premium payments.
• Cloudflare — hosts the Site and its database.
• Google AdSense — shows advertisements on some pages (results, exam practice pages and blog articles). Premium members do not see ads on the results and exam pages; blog articles are pre-built and may still show ads to everyone. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalised advertising atgoogle.com/settings/ads.

We don't sell your personal data to anyone.

Your choices

• You can edit your name and email, or opt in/out of daily-challenge reminder emails, from your Account page.
• You can delete your account at any time from Account settings, which removes your profile, test history, streaks, and reviews.

Data retention

We keep your account data as long as your account is active. Payment records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and dispute-resolution purposes even after account deletion, as required by law.
