These terms govern your use of AI Typing Test (the "Site"). By creating an account or using the Site, you agree to these terms.

The service

AI Typing Test provides free typing practice tools aimed at West Bengal government exam aspirants — practice sets, mock tests, a daily challenge, leaderboards, and an optional Premium tier. Core practice features are free; Premium unlocks additional perks (such as early access to new features) for a fixed number of days per plan purchased.

Accounts

• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
• One account per person; don't share your login with others.
• You may delete your account at any time from your Account settings.

Payments

Premium plans are one-time payments processed by Razorpay; the Site never stores your card, UPI, or netbanking details. See the Refund Policy for when refunds apply. Plans do not auto-renew — each purchase simply extends your Premium access by that plan's duration.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to inflate typing scores or leaderboard rankings.
• Submit abusive, defamatory, or spam content anywhere on the Site, including reviews and support tickets.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its data.

Content

Practice passages, exam information, and other content on the Site are provided for practice and informational purposes. While we try to keep exam-related details (qualifying speeds, exam names, etc.) accurate and current, always cross-check official requirements with the relevant exam authority's own notification before an actual exam.

Limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is". We aren't liable for exam outcomes, missed notifications, or losses arising from use of the Site, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
